ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

The Lab has access in a variety of 3D Printers, including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Bioprinters, Photopolymerization Printers (e.g., SLA, DLP, UV LCD), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Laser, and Food. Including in-house prepared Bio-inks & drug-loaded filaments by hot-melt extrusion (HME).

ELECTROHYDRODYNAMIC PROCESSES

The Lab has access in melt & solution electrospinners that can also be used as electrospraying for polymeric particle fabrication, including co-axial electrospinning and variety of collectors (e.g., flat plate, rotating drum, rotating mandrel).

MICROFLUIDICS

The Lab hosts a variety of microfluidic devices, including temperature controllers and high-speed microscope for the evaluation of the particles and flows in the microfluidic chips.
